Peret Fuster brut nature is made from 50% Xarel-lo, 30% Macabeo and 20% Parellada and it is manully harvested from the fields, produced in the same processes as Llagrima d'Or. It has been aged for a minimum of 18 months in the bottle and has no added dosage. It is perfect as an apertift but also matches well with fish, seafood and lighter meat dishes.
